Leslie Haselden
Leslie brings over 29 years of specialized experience in the Multi-Family Industry and has served in the capacity of a Regional Property Manager and/or Regional Vice President, for the last sixteen years. Prior to joining Blue Roc Premier Properties, Leslie was with Pinnacle Properties handling over 2000 units throughout Florida. Leslie has successfully demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of many aspects of the multi-family industry throughout her career due to the diverse nature and special needs of her past assignments. One of her proven strengths is in assisting with determining financial viability of potential acquisitions through property due diligence studies.
Closely related is her strength in financial management and cost control of current properties, demonstrated through long-term budget forecasting and capital expense planning, ensuring a turnaround of occupancy resulting in revenue improvement with profit maximization.
Leslie’s experience in the area of property construction and renovation management allows her to assist in the strategic planning aspects of various construction projects, including market penetration planning. Leslie reinforces her skills through continuing education and works to stay informed of developments in the industry by maintaining several designations through industry organizations such as The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), where she holds the designations of Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM). She has also served on the Board Executive Council for IREM Chapter 44 as Secretary – 2011, 2012, 2013 & 2014 and also as President Elected – 2014 & 2015. Leslie was awarded the VIP Women of the Year award in the Real Estate Division of the National Association of Professional Women for 2012/2013. She was also awarded the Certified Property Manager (CPM) – IREM Chapter 44.
