Lisa Gorsuch
Lisa’s accounting experience expands over 26 years within the Property Management realm with her primary expertise focused on Multi Family.
Prior to playing an integral role in the startup of Blue Roc Premier Properties, Lisa was instrumental in overseeing the growth and expansion of the accounting department within Landmark Residential Apartment Trust and remained in that capacity for several years. She spent over 13 years working in the multifamily accounting department with AIMCO one of the largest apartment (REIT’s) Real Estate Investment Trust‘s in the country.
Lisa has been leading the Accounting Department at Blue Rock Partners for over 10 years and will continue with Blue Roc Premier Properties. She excels in all areas of Multi Family Accounting as well Partnership Accounting and Construction and Renovation Draws.
In addition she is involved in the oversight of Payroll and Human Resources as well as Property Insurance, Accounts Payable, Corporate and Property Budgeting, Projections, Acquisition Analysis and oversees all financial aspects of the business.
