As The CEO/Owner of Blue Roc Premier Properties LLC, and its affiliates Mr. Ferreira is very active and responsible for consistent growth and company acquisitions now well over 15,000 units and totaling over $2 Billion in Asset Value. In addition, he oversees the day-to-day operations of Accounting, Property Management Services and the Re-positioning and Renovation Processes successfully supervising a best-in-class team of over 400 professionals.
Prior to founding Blue Roc Premier Properties, Mr. Ferreira co-founded Blue Rock Partners which continued to be a thriving company for many years. He was also one of the co-founders of Landmark Residential and was a key factor in the company’s explosive growth.
Prior to co-founding his own companies, Mr. Ferreira held senior level positions in National and Regional multi-family organizations. As a seasoned real estate professional, he built successful property management teams throughout his career and supervised more than 100,000 units and over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial space.
Additionally, he directed over $200 million dollars of apartment renovation and supervised the new construction of 3,500 units throughout the Southeast. Mr. Ferreira is a graduate of the University of Maryland and holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Arts Technology and a (MBA) Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Additionally, he has earned the Coveted designation of (CPM) Certified Property Manager. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, a member of the Local and National Apartment Associations, FAR and the (IREM) National Institute of Real Estate Management. Mr. Ferreira has strong Christian values and recognizes the importance of God and his Family.
